Terms of Service & Advisory Master Agreement

Apka Mustakbil provides expert counselling, document auditing, university application assistance, and visa preparation guidance. To ensure total transparency, clients acknowledge the following operational boundaries:

• University Admissions Decisional Authority: Final admission offers, course placements, credit evaluations, and scholarship allocations are determined solely by individual university admissions boards. The Company provides application support but does not guarantee admission outcomes.
• Embassy & Visa Authority Sovereignty: Visa approvals, processing timelines, interview outcomes, and entry permissions fall under the exclusive statutory authority of foreign government embassies and immigration departments (e.g., UKVI, US Department of State, IRCC Canada, Australian Home Affairs). The Company holds no control over diplomatic decisions or policy updates.

To maintain institutional integrity and protect applicant success rates, students warrant that all academic transcripts, certificates, work history details, bank statements, and personal identity records submitted to Apka Mustakbil are authentic, accurate, and legally valid.

Submitting altered or fraudulent records compromises application validity. The Company reserves the right to immediately discontinue services without notice if document authenticity standards are breached.

Our commitment to clear financial terms ensures complete predictability:

• Free Initial Consultations: Profile evaluations and introductory counselling sessions are provided completely free of charge.
• Direct Third-Party Expenses: Institutional fees - such as university application fees, transcript evaluations (WES/ECE), language test fees (IELTS/PTE), embassy visa fees, IHS health surcharges, and biometrics - are payable directly to the respective official bodies.
• Service Retainer Fees: Any formal consultancy retainers under custom service contracts cover active administrative work and document processing, and are non-refundable once application auditing or university submissions commence.

Either party may request file closure or advisory suspension with written notice. If a student chooses to pause their application process, Apka Mustakbil will archive the student file securely for up to 12 months, allowing application resuming without re-enrollment penalties.

All content, custom UI designs, logos, blog materials, educational guidebooks, and document templates displayed on our platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Apka Mustakbil. Content is provided for personal student guidance and may not be republished or commercially redistributed without written authorization.

Apka Mustakbil, its directors, counsellors, and operational staff shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses - including flight schedule changes, accommodation deposit forfeitures, currency exchange shifts, or embassy processing delays - arising from external institutional timelines beyond our direct control.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apka Mustakbil against third-party claims or administrative penalties resulting from inaccurate information provided by the applicant during embassy or university submission stages. Both parties commit to maintaining respectful, professional communication throughout the advisory engagement.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any operational misunderstanding or legal dispute shall first be addressed through informal good-faith dialogue at our head office in Multan. Unresolved matters shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Multan under the Arbitration Act of Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically to reflect evolving embassy guidelines or institutional policies. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
